When we went through the process of trying to decide upon a sound and lighting company for our Gala...the first one we contacted never bothered to show up. The next 2 companies were limited in ideas of hanging a projector, hanging a screen and mounting some speakers. Then we had Jeff Chapman / Event Pros stop by and the energy was immediately different. He approached our event with an entire room concept - this allowed us to focus on our theme and he created the "experience". It was exactly what we wanted. The crew they had during the event were top notch. All in all, the room turned out fabulous! Our Annual Gala has become the event all of our sponsors want to attend each year. In fact, we have more sponsors who want to donate just so they can be a part of it!
